• Conducts Pledge Chapter meetings and educates potential new members on chapter and fraternity values and history

• Facilitates relationships between pledges and brothers to aid pledge integration by creating opportunities for both to connect (Workshops, Brotherhood Activities, Big/Little)

• Aides professional development of pledges throughout Rush Process by preparing resources and providing knowledge needed for success
