VICE PRESIDENT OF ADMINISTRATION

• Takes attendance at all chapter meetings and mandatory events

• Receives all attendance excuses and may approve excused absences (3 unexcused absences are allowed per semester)

• Issues fines for accumulation of 4 or more unexcused absences (excused absences do not count toward this accumulation)

• Manages point system by recording points awarded to individuals and teams

• Keeps a record of all pledges

• Records and updates the membership status of all brothers

• Updates roster on AUInvolve and ChapterSpot
